Secrets Savored Weeks 1 & 2 : My Experience
A few weeks ago, I posted an entry entitled, “Moms Need Moms,” in which I expressed the need to connect with other christian moms. Since making that post, I have actually enrolled in a mentoring class, offered at a local church in my area. It is called “Secrets Savored.” It is an eight week program, built around Titus 2:4-5, in which older christian mothers mentor younger mothers, through practical homemaking lessons and spiritual insights. Two Year Olds,Tantrums and Patience
“Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.” Proverbs 14-29 It’s no secret that two year olds can test your patience. That is why this stage is commonly referred to as, “the terrible twos.” I’ve also heard it referred to as “the terrific twos.” Whether terrible or terrific, one thing is for sure, raising a two year old requires a lot of patience.
